Minor Science announces debut album, ‘Second Language’, on Whities

The producer is talking electronica, musique concrete, electro, techno and more

Minor Science has announced his debut album, ‘Second Language’, which will arrive via Whities on 3rd April.

The record sees the producer, otherwise known as Angus Finlayson, explore his relationship with mother and adopted tongues, through tracks touching on electronica, musique concrete, electro, techno and alt-jazz.

Those looking to catch Minor Science in the flesh should make a note of forthcoming dates. Following an appearance as part of Sheffield institution Hope Works' winter schedule earlier in the month there are Whities takeovers at Berlin's Berghain and Hamburg's PAL this weekend, before he hits Budapest next week.

Last year Whities unveiled the new Anunaku alias from TSVI, who contributed to DJ Mag's Recognise mix series and features in our long read, UK club music is evolving — but how?
