New venue, The Ton Of Brix, opens this week in Brixton

A new nightclub is opening in London this weekend.

The Ton Of Brix, based in Brixton, is a new joint venture between nearby venue Brixton Jamm and promoter Percolate. The two organisations have been working on opening the club since 2019.

The venue will have a 24-hour license, and is set to host the likes of Mella Dee, Otik, Hammer and David August over the course of this month.

In addition to in-house events, the club will also welcome other promoters to put on nights, while the likes of Bluetoof and Enchanted Rhythms have been enlisted to curate events next month.

You can check the full upcoming listings for the new club here.

The venue is located on the former site of Brixton's Club 414, which operated in the space for over 30 years before being shut in May 2019 after several years of high court battles to stay open. The space is now owned by Hondo Enterprises, the company of billionaire property developer and DJ Taylor McWilliams.
