NEXT YEAR WILL BE CARL COX’S LAST AT SPACE
He’s ending his 15-year residency at the Ibiza mega club...
Carl Cox has announced that next year will be his last to play at Space Ibiza. Having enjoyed a legendary residency there for 14 consecutive years, he recently explained that he’ll be hanging up his headphones in the mega club in 2016.
Speaking to DJ Mag in a new interview in the run-up to the Top 100 poll, Cox revealed that, “Next year will be my last year at Space Ibiza, so please do not miss a single night if you can, very special line-ups for 15 weeks,” before adding, “Watch this space...”
Cox’s role, not only as DJ but as a promoter, programmer and host, has meant that the club has gone from strength to strength, with his forward-thinking line-ups and focus on quality.
