Nickelodeon names Martin Garrix, Skrillex, more in new Kid's Choice Awards EDM category

Nickelodeon has added an EDM category to this year's Kid's Choice Awards.

The children's TV station has named genre heavyweights Martin Garrix, Skrillex, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, DJ Snake, and Zedd as nominees for the Favourite DJ/EDM Artist award.

Meanwhile, The Chainsmokers have also been nominated in the existing categories Favourite New Artist and Favourite Music Group categories alongside the likes of Maroon 5, OneRepublic and Solange.

The awards air on Nickelodeon on 11th March, check out the nominees for the aforementioned categories below.
