Ninja Tune are one of our all-time favourite labels, and this year they’ve been busy celebrating their silver anniversary with a series of extra special parties. Having just laid on the first at ADE, the next arrives on the 30th October at spectacular venue St. John at Hackney.
Put on by new, boundary-pushing promoters Clock Strikes 13, the epic line-up consists of dub trio King Midas Sound (The Bug, Roger Robinson, Kiki Hitomi), Fennesz, the first ever UK show of Shackleton’s Powerplant project, and a rare set from esoteric mastermind Dean Blunt.
And that’s not all! On Friday 20th November they’re bringing Actress (playing a live set), Lowtec and Florian Kupfer to The ICA, while on Saturday 12th December they’re laying on HNNY, Flako and Josey Rebelle to Corsica Studio's shadowy spaces.
