Norman Jay MBE joins DJ Mag Panels on Tuesday 8th August

Legendary DJ will be talking about his brand new compilation, 'Mister Good Times'...

Norman Jay is joining DJ Mag Panels live next Tuesday (8th August) where the legendary DJ will be talking about his forthcoming compilation, 'Mister Good Times'.

Kicking off at 6 pm, at Work Bar in London, we'll be giving one lucky attendee and one lucky viewer the chance to win a copy of the compilation ahead of its release on 25th August.

Jay is widely regarded as one of the most respected DJs in the world thanks to his deep musical knowledge and his work with Notting Hill Carnival, where his Good Times sound system attracts 15,000 revellers a day.

In 2002, Norman Jay was awarded the MBE for services to music.

'Mister Good Times' is the latest in Norman Jay’s long-running 'Good Times' series, which started back in 2000 with 'Good Times Vol 1'.

Speaking about his new compilation, Norma Jay said: ‘These are all the sort of tracks that I’d play in the early morning sunshine whilst we were setting up.

"It’s stuff that I’d play for myself before the crowds turned up. Just that classic Good Times mix with all the different elements I love: disco, Philly, James Brown, 90s hip-hop, reggae, etc."

Tune in on Tuesday 8th August at 6:00 pm GMT to watch the event here, or RSVP for free guest list here.
