OBONJAN UNVEILS SECOND PHASE LINE-UP AND IT LOOKS HUGE

World’s first wellness island offers an electronic nirvana...

Croatia has cemented itself as the latest go-to destination for techno tourism, and Obonjan  the world’s first wellness and arts island – have today unveiled their second phase line-up and it looks huge.

Open from 18th July through to mid-September, Obojan is a sustainable fusion of music, arts, food and entertainment on a stunning private island in Croatia.

Just off the Dalmatian coast, Obonjan is Europe’s first wellness and arts island and will play host to eight weeks of electronic music featuring the likes of Four Tet, Floating Points Live, Gilles Peterson, Kate Tempest and Anderson .Paak.

For music-focused tourists there’s an amphitheatre that will play host to headline performances, whilst the late-night rum bar will be where you can dance under the stars into the early hours of the morning.

During the day, there will be a 25-piece orchestra who’ll be playing everything from Radiohead to David Bowie, alongside poolside DJs who will soundtrack your lazy daytimes.

When you want a break from the music you can head into the woods to the Wellbeing Centre that features saunas, hot tubs, yoga classes and meditation sessions curated by Lily Lawson O’Neil, who is the director of London’s much-loved wellbeing centre, The Well Garden.

Elsewhere there will be stunning art installations that will inspire and bedazzle, sustainable accomodation where you can sleep under the stars, and when you need to recharge you can gourge on food created by the island’s head chef Sam Letteri, who will be serving up culinary delights made from locally sourced sustainble produce.
