Pioneer announce new entry-level mixer and controller

Pioneer have announced a new entry level mixer for Serato DJ users. The DJM-S3 features two channels, two filters and a USB port to take advantage of the DVS features of the mixer. The DJM-S3 is timecode compatible out of the box so you can plug in your turntable and control Serato right away. 

The mixer also features Pioneer DJ's flagship Magvel cross fader and two headphone jacks for back-to-back sessions. The DJM-S3 is available now and costs €549. 

Pioneer have also updated their flagship Serato controller to the DDJ-SR2. The two-channel unit features dedicated controls for all Serato features as well as being DVS upgradable and retaining the 16 colour pads from the previous version.

Two aluminium jog wheels, needle search pad and XLR outputs make up the new DDJ-SR2, available now and costs €699.
