Pioneer DJ introduce new flagship Serato controller

Pioneer DJ have added the DDJ-1000SRT to their controller range...

Pioneer DJ's have added a new Serato controller to their range in the form of the DDJ-1000SRT. Essentially the same format as the previously announced DDJ-1000, it features the fancy full-size CDJ2000-style jogs with the new full-colour screen featuring artwork and track information. Below, there's eight coloured pads per deck that can control everything from cue points to FX and loops.

While there are only two jogs, you can control all four decks in Serato Pro and the mixer section features four channels, with the Color FX you'll recognise from the DJM, as well as Pioneer DJ's 14 Beat FX. There's also dual USBs for easy set swap overs and users can pay to upgrade to Serato DVS. The controller is available soon. Watch the video below for more info.
