Premiere: LSD 'Process 12'
Techno trio LSD return with the third instalment of the Process series. Hear the futuristic pads and hypnotic, rolling percussion of 'Process 12' now
LSD will release a new EP next week.
The brainchild of techno producers Luke Slater, Steve Bicknell, and David Sumner, LSD have released their third instalment in the ongoing Process series. Entitled 'Third Process', the single EP follows a 12" release on Berghain's inhouse label, Ostgut Ton, in 2017, and serves as the second release via their own LSD imprint.
Incoming on the 17th February, 'Third Process' comprises of three contrasting cuts of fierce and futuristic-sounding techno, and will be released digitally, alongside a limited edition blue vinyl.
Opening with intricately layered pads on 'Process 10' and rolling into hard, unrelenting drums that only increase in intensity on 'Process 11', the EP is a showcase of the collaborative effort of three of modern techno's finest.
'Third Process' finishes on a seven-minute trip with 'Process 12', pairing melodic pads and grainy atmospherics that melt into the track's hypnotizing percussion.
