The Prodigy drop new Ho99o9 featuring track, ‘Fight Fire With Fire’: Listen

The track features on their new album ‘No Tourists’…

The Prodigy have unveiled a new track which features US hip hop group Ho99o9.

Tittled ‘Fight Fire With Fire’, it’s set to feature on The Prodigy’s forthcoming album ‘No Tourists’ which will be released on November 2. A downtempo but typically heavy-hitting cut, the New Jersey group contribute vocals to the track. You can listen to it via the video below.

“This was the first track I wrote for this album,” says The Prodigy’s Liam Howlett. “As far as doing a collaboration, the Ho99o9 guys were the main band I wanted to work with, and this tune has so much danger embedded in it. It’s the best collaboration we have done.”

Howlett has said that the group’s new album is about escapism and the want “not to follow that easy set path.

“In these times we live in people have become lazier and forgotten how to explore. Too many people are allowing themselves to be force fed, with whatever that may be. It’s about reaching out further to find another alternative route where the danger and excitement may be to feel more alive… not accepting that you can just be a tourist.”

‘Fight Fire With Fire’ is the third track to be revealed from the band’s new album following on from ‘Light Up The Sky’ and ‘Need Some1’. The band will tour the album across the UK and Europe through November and December. You can find the full list of tour dates here
