Rob Swire teases new Pendulum music: Listen

This will be the first Pendulum music since 2011

Rob Swire of Pendulum has teased forthcoming music from the band on his Instagram.

The Australian drum & bass outfit haven't released any new material since 2011. Last summer, when they were announced to replace The Prodigy at London festival South West Four, the festival said fans could expect "brand new Pendulum music from their forthcoming EP series and album."

Whilst there's no official information regarding new music or a release date, Swire is amping up the anticipation with his Instagram post. The caption is, simply, "30 second WIP promo", and the clip seems to fit the Pendulum blueprint. Swire has also tagged Pendulum's official page in the video. Check out the clip below:

In July last year, Swire spoke with Zane Lowe on Apple Music's Beats 1 about the return of Pendulum. He didn't give away a whole lot, but he did say that the band are committed to delivering something of a reinvention.
