Barcelona's Sónar festival has revealed its 24th edition will feature the crème de la crème of electronic music artists once again, naming Nina Kraviz, Nicolas Jaar and Moderat amongst the first wave of 22 acts.
The event will take place from 15th to 17th June 2017. Joining the aforementioned on the nighttime line-up are French duo Justice, The Black Madonna, Eric Prydz, Clams Casino, Cashmere Cat, Damian Lazarus, Del La Soul and Fat Freddy's Drop.
Meanwhile the Sónar By Day bill features the likes of Warp Records newcomer Gaika, Nosaj Thing, Amnesia Scanner, Forest Swords, Daito Manabe, LCC, Stööki Sound, Nadia Rose, Soulection, MC Tommy Cash, Kinder Malo Up and Pimp Flaco.
On the tech side, Sónar+D will take place on Wednesday 14th June and concentrate on virtual reality with appearances from Google’s VR filmmaker Jessica Brillhart, Gabo Arora of the United Nations VR lab and more.
