S U R V I V E's Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein reveal Stranger Things 2 soundtrack
Netflix series’ 34-track score out next week
Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of Austin synth band S U R V I V E have been enlisted once more to compose the music for the second season of Netflix sci-fi hit, Stranger Things.
Much like the show itself, the music from the first series was met with unanimous praise. Dixon and Stein’s theme song won the duo a Creative Arts Emmy, so it’s no real surprise that they’ve been handed the reigns once again.
The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday courtesy of Lakeshore Records and Invada. As per the first series’ soundtrack, vinyl, CD and cassette versions will also be available, although the release date for said mediums is still TBA.

Stranger Things returns to Netflix on 27th October.
