Saffron, the Bristol-based non-profit organisation dedicated to challenging gender imbalances in the music tech industry, has announced the programme for its next edition of 7 Days Of Sound.

The week-long digital event series will return for its third year next week, from 27th January through 2nd February, with workshops for women, non-binary, trans and gender non-conforming artists available on a pay-what-you-can basis.

Saffron has tapped rRoxymore, Elena Colombi, Heba Hadry, Manuka Honey, Homay Schmitz, Trishes, Pops Roberts and Josette Joseph to teach masterclasses in areas like vocal production, live performance, composition and arrangement, running an independent record label, mixdown and mastering.

Last March, Saffron launched a zine written for, by and about Black women, non-binary and trans folk in music tech.

rRoxymore's latest LP, titled 'Perpetual Now', arrived in September 2022 on Smalltown Supersound.
