Sally C announces new ‘Big Saldo’s Chunkers’ EP
It's the three-track follow-up to the Berlin-based DJ and producer's acclaimed 2020 EP
Sally C has announced the second installment in her 'Big Saldo’s Chunkers' series.
The follow-up to 2020's acclaimed first installment, 'Big Saldo's Chunkers EP 002' features three new tracks by the Irish-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer, and will be released via her eponymous label on 22nd April.
With close ties to Kyiv’s ∄ crew, Sally C will be donating a percentage of profits from the EP to two causes during the current war in Ukraine.
“I have played these tracks many times in one of my favourite clubs in the world, ∄ in Kyiv," she said. "This club holds a firm place in my heart. My friends here and the people of Ukraine are going through the unimaginable right now."
"I will be donating a percentage of the proceeds from this record to the club’s community fund and to a Berlin-based charity Bridges Over Berlin who support LGBTQIA+, BiPOC and other marginalised individuals fleeing Ukraine. As well as hosting her debut Big Saldo's Chunkers party at the Pickle Factory in London on 1st April, Sally C launch the EP at Refuge Worldwide in Berlin on 28th March.
