SANKEYS MANCHESTER REOPENS ITS DOORS

Iconic MCR venue to host Todd Terry, Zed Bias and more...

Following the news that Sankeys will launch at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse on Saturday 17th October — including a mammoth lineup of 21 artists to celebrate their 21st anniversary  — they've now announced their autumn/winter schedule. As Sankeys Ibiza prepares to wrap things up, the Radium Street venue takes the lead with Magna Carta, Swamp 81 and Tribal Sessions all scheduled for takeovers.

The beloved venue will see the world famous Tribal Sessions returning to its doors, with Nicole Moudaber alongside Wade on the 30th October, plus Jozef K and Winter Son performing a special live 808 + 909 set. Then November 6th will bring Hector Couto, Cuartero and Traumer to fill its floors.

Shelter will put on two shows, with Doorly and Kydus set to spin alongside some unannounced names, and Magna Carta are also throwing a pair of nights — with 20th November the date for Josh Butler, Mark Jenkyns, Alci and Igluu taking control of the basement. Then there’s Leftwing & Kody and East End Dubs on the 18th December.

Then it’s Swamp 81’s turn on the 27th November (Zed Bias, Loefah, Paleman and Chunky), while Jaguar Skills and friends will crop up on the 11th December for a genre-bending selection of quick-change cuts.

As well as this, Saturdays will become 'Sankeys Saturdays' bringing the underground's finest to its floors, including Franky Rizardo, Bontan, Miguel Campbell, Sam Holt, DJ Q, Matt Jam Lamont, Sonny Fodera and Dungeon Meat.
