SHANTI CELESTE ANNOUNCES NEW IMPRINT, PEACH DISCS
A new 12” from Shanti will launch the label...
Shanti Celeste is set to launch a new label, titled Peach Discs, next year.
The first release on the imprint will come from its founder — with Shanti dropping a new solo 12” in February.
The untitled two-track vinyl is the Bristol DJ/producer’s first new production work in close to a year, with the popular DJ currently nominated in DJ Mag’s Best Of British awards which are due to be announced at the end of December.
On the new label, Shanti told RA, “I want to release music that makes me happy, and build a little family with all my friends and friends of friends who I know are making great music.
“I also want this to eventually be my main home for releases. In the future there will be releases by a new Bristol duo called Fred and a 12-inch by Samuel, as well as many others."
‘Untitled’ is out via Peach Discs on 3rd February, 2017.
