Skepta and Sophie Ellis-Bextor perform 'Love Me Not' together for the first time: Watch

He has also shared an official video for the track featuring Slowthai and Octavian

Skepta and Sophie Ellis-Bextor have performed 'Love Me Not' live together in London.

'Love Me Not', the single from Skepta's fifth studio album 'Ignorance Is Bliss', samples Ellis-Bextor's 2001 hit 'Murder On The Dancefloor.

The live rendition also sees Cheb Rabi and London grime OG, B Live, who feature on the album track, join Skepta and Ellis-Bextor at Maida Vaile studios for the BBC Radio 1 performance.

The grime MC has also shared the official video for 'Love Me Not', which features cameo roles from Mercury prize nominee Slowthai and 'Bet' collaborator, Octavian.

Skepta recently joined forces with Manchester International Festival to stage a series of phoneless rave events.

In November Skepta will perform across the UK and Ireland, beginning the tour at Manchester's The Warehouse Project.
