The top boy gave out his real number
Giving out your number online when you’re a chart-topping grime megastar seems an unwise idea, but Skepta decided to do it anyway.
The opening lines of ‘Top Boy’ went “Big up the locked in crew 07481194570", though not many people realised that it was his actual number.
When he announced via Instagram last Wednesday that the ‘Top Boy Number is ALIVE’, the FaceTimes, texts and calls began to roll in.
Choosing to shun the MOBO Awards (where he’d scooped Best Track for ‘Shutdown’), Skeppy instead decided to light up and chat, zoot in hand, to a handful of lucky fans who were understandably thrilled.

The grime rudeboy recently dropped three brand new remixes of ‘Lock Arff’ by Section Boyz, ‘Bankroll’ by Sy Ari Da Kid and Drake & Future’s ‘Jumpman’.
