Skrillex shares new track, 'Real Spring', featuring Bladee: Listen
It's Skrillex's fourth collaborative single of the year already
Skrillex has shared a new track with Swedish artist and Drain Gang member Bladee.
'Real Spring' marks Skrillex's fourth collaborative single of 2023 so far, following on from 'Rumble' (with Fred again.. and Flowdan), 'Way Back' (with PinkPantheress and Trippie Redd), and 'Leave Me Like This' (with Bobby Raps).
The new track arrives with a video directed and edited by Gus Reichwald, which you can watch below. In the clip, Skrillex and Bladee are seen driving around in a convertible, as well and performing and hanging out together.
The unveiling of a flurry of new music from Skrillex comes amid the US artist revealing in a series of tweets that a difficult period of personal circumstances and a lack of "drive and purpose" were behind his decision to pull out of shows and take a period away from the music industry. He wrote: "The truth is I didn't cancel Sunset and Movement festival because of my albums. It [was] because I was working on myself."
