Soulwax have released their first new track in 11 years, titled ‘Transient Program for Drums and Machiner’. You can listen to it below.

The release can be downloaded for free from Soulwax’s website, and also comes with the news that the band will be going on tour next year, with 10 performances locked in through March and April 2017. You can see the run of dates at the bottom of the page.

The Belgian band, which is made up of brothers David and Stephen Dewaele, as well as a rotating cast of musicians, haven’t released a full-length album since ‘Nite Versions’ in 2005.

Soulwax released their first recording in 11 years in February, when they soundtracked a Belgian film called ‘Belgica’. In recent years the Dewaele brothers have also been on tour with Despacio, the world’s best vinyl-only soundsystem alongside James Murphy, whilst still finding time to tour the world as 2manydjs, and setup their own label DEEWEE Records.
