SoundCloud has revealed the platform's top performing artists, playlists, DJ sets and rising stars of 2017 in their yearly Playback.
R3hab was named SoundCloud’s Top Remixer of 2017 while Two Friends ‘Big Bootie Mix, Vol. 11’ claimed the Top DJ Set of the year. Best of Chill/House Nation claimed the Top Playlist for 2017.
The Top Electronic Track was claimed by Unlike Pluto for ‘Everything Black’ featuring Mike Taylor.
The Top Cities Driving Creativity include New York, Toronto London, Atlanta, Houston, Paris, Chicago, Los Angeles and Paris.
Tags with buzz include genres such as sythwave, future bass, phonk and soca.
Beatport recently shared their top labels, artists and tracks of 2017 as well.
