We’re suckers for a break or two, and luckily Paul Woolford is filling today’s quota with this ten tonne rework of Olga Bell’s ‘Incitation’.
Our September cover star, under his ‘ardcore Special Request guise, has taken snatches of the Alaska-via-Moscow composer’s vocals and made them stutter over a smattering of deep basslines and clattering drums, working his usual magic in the process. One Little Indian will release Olga Bell’s ‘Incitation’ EP on 16th October, and the five-tracker sees the Tom Vek collaborator get deeply confessional.
