The Streets release first new music in 6 Years: Listen

Mike Skinner is back...

The Streets have released two new tracks, the first time the group, fronted by Mike Skinner, has released new music since 2011’s ‘Computers and Blues'.

Both ‘Burn Bridges’ and ‘Sometime I Hate My Friends More Than My Enemies’ come ahead of The Streets’ hugely anticipated live UK tour, which sold out in record time.

‘Burn Bridges’ features murky basslines, twinkly top lines and Mike Skinner delivering some rather lackluster raps.

‘Sometime I Hate My Friends More Than My Enemies’ fairs a little better, with more freeform vocals from Skinner and a much more aggressive synth palette.

Check out both tracks below.
