SUSPECTED ARSON AT HAMBURG NIGHTCLUB

A blaze broke out at the Golden Pudel club in Hamburg last night that has left the much-loved local venue in ruins. 

RA reported the fire is being treated as a possible arson by local fire investigators, although authorities haven't specified what evidence they have recovered to support this. 

Police claim that around 150 people were in the club at the time but fortunately no one was injured.

There has been an ongoing legal dispute between the club's owners Wolf Richter and Rocko Schamoni that recently resulted in the building being listed on a German real estate website. The minimum bid is set at €250,000, considerably lower than the estimated market value of €510,000.
