Swedish House Mafia announce second ever Finland show

They will play Helsinki's Weekend Festival...

With Swedish House Mafia’s plans for a 2019 reunion tour now in full swing, they’ve been confirmed for their second ever set in Finland.

They’ll play Weekend Festival in Helsinki which is set to take place from July 19-20. It’s the latest stop in their world tour to be announced. Their reunion plans will kick off with three dates in Stockholm in May while other shows are confirmed to take place in Mexico City and Tel Aviv, amongst a number of other cities. It’s also rumoured that they will headline next summer’s edition of Creamfields after their logo, based around three circles, appeared on the festival’s website last month.

The trio played their first date together at Ultra Miami back in March following on from a five-year break.

New material is expected from them in the new year with Steve Angello having confirmed back in August that they’ve been back into the studio together. Axwell more recently confirmed plans for new music in an interview with Annie Mac which aired on BBC Radio 1 last month.
