After announcing last month that they were reuniting to tour in 2019, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello, best known as Swedish House Mafa, have revealed that they will play Mexico City’s Foro Sol on May 18th.

The reunion tour announcement was trailed by a week-long social media countdown, which culminated in a live streamed press conference. The tour opens in their hometown of Stockholm on May 2nd at the Tele2 Arena. A further two dates were subsequently added, with all three sellling out.

A Mexico City show was strongly hinted at after Steve Angello yelled during his gig at Ultra Mexico a few weeks ago that the trio would be returning to the city early next year. Last week, the group  shared a post on their Instagram which contained only the words  MEXICO CITY / MEXICO CITY / MEXICO CITY

When SHM last played in Mexico City it was in front of forty thousand people fans in 2013 as part of their One Last Tour.

Ticket for the gig go on exclusive pre-sale on November 13th and 14th with general sale on November 15 via Ticketmaster on www.ticketmaster.com.mx

The EDM titans were voted No.63 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll 2018 despite only playing one gig this year at Ultra Miami.
