A TECHNO CLUB IS SET TO OPEN IN MUNICH’S BIGGEST MUSEUM

Huge!

A new techno venue is set to open in the Munich’s biggest museum, the Deutsches Museum’s Forum des Techniks, this April.

Titled Blitz, the new nightclub will feature two separate dancefloors with space for a total of 600 ravers, plus a custom-built VOID soundsystem and a specially designed acoustic sound-space. There’ll also be restaurant alongside the nightclub for peckish party-goers, with branding from eclectic musician Trevor Jackson.

The news was revealed by German magazine, Groove, with founder and resident DJ David Muallem saying that Blitz aims to be “a place of inclusion in a city where nightlife is mostly about exclusivity”.

Due to open on 22nd April, there’s no news yet on the full launch party line-up, though Groove has confirmed the Zenker Brothers and Skee Mask, a signee from their Ilian Tape imprint, will both feature on the bill.
