There’s a festival on an Italian vineyard this summer, 53100

Shannen SP, Ossia, Cashmere Radio and chianti

There's a festival taking place on an Italian vineyard this summer, with 53100 looking to satisfy heads by combining viticulture and party culture in one fell swoop.

Set in the stunning Chianti Hills, Tuscany, the event will run from 4th - 6th September, calling the historic Castello di Selvole home. Cuisine and wine will be focal points for the gathering, in addition to the core music programme, which organisers say covers 'ambient, mutant bass and breaks, otherworldly frequencies and plenty more besides', and will be spread over three stages — Live, Day and Night.

Names confirmed include DJ Mag Recognise mix series contributor Shannen SP, fellow-UK head Ossia, an Italian contingency of Camille Maria, Emanuele Giannini and Eraldo Bernocchi; Dutch-Italian composer Grand River, and Vlada of Moscow's Arma 17. Friday will be dedicated to resident artists, with Berlin's experimental Cashmere Radio live streaming sets, talks and discussions on the day.

Further details are expected to be announced in the run up to this inaugural edition.
