Tomorrowland is set to replace its iconic Opera Stage

Will be replaced by the Amicorum Spectaculum stage...

This summer's Tomorrowland will see one of the festival's most iconic stages, the Opera Stage, being replaced with a new stage dubbed Amicorum Spectaculum, it has been revealed today.

The Opera Stage has been a permanent fixture at Tomorrowland since 2014 and has played host to the likes of Paul Kalkbrenner, Carl Cox, DVBBS and Deadmau5 & Eric Prydz's VS set last year.

Its replacement is already being teased by the festival's organisers, which you can see below, and will share the same name as this year's festival theme.

Check out the trailer for more clues to how this stage might shape up ahead of the festival next month.

Tomorrowland recently launched a competition to win a Golden Ticket package to the festival.

Tomorrowland 2017 will be taking place across two weekends, between 21st — 23rd July and again between 28th — 30th July 2017.
