CHECK OUT THESE SNAPS OF TRESOR'S NEW DETROIT NIGHTCLUB

The venue is currently under construction...

Tresor, the legendary techno nightclub brand based in Berlin, are building a new venue in Detroit.

Tresor boss Dimitri Hegemann first mentioned the idea of a stateside arm of the club in 2016, and now the new venue, titled The Packard Plant Project, appears to be fully underway.

The project aims to revitalise the complex — a former automobile factory that was previously used for illegal raves in the '90s — with the new venue set to include a club, a hostel and (slightly bizarrely) a spa, alongside a creative space for artists, DJs and producers.

No news yet on the opening date for the venue, but you can check out some pics of the renovation progress below.

The project also has its own website which you can visit here.
