Watch Paul Oakenfold play the “highest party on earth“ on Mt Everest

Paul Oakenfold celebrated the 30 year anniversary of the beginning of the Second Summer of Love by playing the “highest party in the world“ on Mt Everest’s Base Camp in the early hours of this morning (11th April).

In doing so Oakenfold became the first DJ to hike 17,000 feet and perform on Mt Everest. You can watch a segment of his set below.

Oakenfold was also announced as brand ambassador for the new Denon DJ Prime range in February.
