A woman has been injured following a shooting in an east London club on New Year’s Eve.
The attack took place at Dalston’s 588 Club, where police and medics were called at 5AM. While the injuries sustained are not thought to be life-threatening the victim was taken to hospital once emergency services had arrived.
So far no individual has been arrested and no motive has been confirmed, with an investigation ongoing. Police are appealing for anyone with any information to get in contact by calling 101 and quoting crime reference number CAD3029 of January 1st.
