Yazzus shares video for new track, 'Three Deities’, on Tresor: Watch
The Berlin-based producer says the new video, by video artist and designer Michael Flanagan, "feels like an abstract PS2 cutscene"
Yazzus has just released the video for 'Three Deities' off her upcoming Tresor debut EP. Watch it below.
Created by LA-based video artist and designer Michael Flanagan, the new visual lands ahead of 'BLACK METROPOLIS'' release this Friday, 21st October. "For this video I wanted to build up a mixture of hard and soft textures," the artist said. "I threw deforming noise patterns and flowing light trails against vector geometry and hard surface metallic structures, ending up with a look that feels like an abstract PS2 cutscene."
This is the second preview of 'BLACK METROPOLIS', which explores Afro-futurism and techno's Black origins across five tracks (the vinyl 12-inch has four tracks, while the digital EP has a bonus fifth work). Listen to lead single 'Metro City Bay Area' via Bandcamp.
