Ziúr announces new album on Planet Mu, ‘ATØ’

The album will drop in November

Ziúr has announced her new album, ‘ATØ’.

The Berlin-based artist will release her second album via Planet Mu.

Much like her live performances, Ziúr explored dark and industrial territories on her first album, pairing gritty sonics and razor-sharp textures for a warped odyssey. On 'ATØ’, Ziúr showcases a different style completely, with the artist exploring pop through an experimental lense on tracks like 'All Lessons Unlearned', featuring vocals from Samantha Urbani. Meanwhile, the album's title and closing tracks wander through glossy, dream-like soundscapes.

Slated for a November release, Ziúr shared that 'ATØ' is: "In support of all people who struggle finding a place in this world, who are having trouble being respected AND celebrated for who they are. For everyone, who is part of resisting the status quo, for all survivors, outcasts and weirdos. For people who fight for their existence, every day."

'ATØ' is out via Planet Mu on the 15th November. Watch the video for album single 'I Vanish' below.
