Porter in the House

Boston house DJ/producer Steve Porter has unleashed a new record label: PH Recordings. As well as an outlet for his own material, PH will feature the various production projects of his Bostonian compadres and rising talent from around the world.

"Our goal is to focus on putting out quality product while keeping the music fresh and exciting," revealed Porter. Some of the artists who are to release material on PH include Eli Wilkie, Island 9, Chris Micali and Emjae. The first record on PH will be Porter's own 'Pixy Stixx', and comes backed with re-rubs from Chris Fortier, Island 9 and Hoska. Check out some of the music www.myspace.com/phrecordings here.

PH also has a strong presence at the WMC in Miami this year. The label will be rocking the Sirius Satellite Radio Party @ Nikki Beach on 26th March, and their own Porterhouse party @ INK on 29th March.
