PUNKS JUMP UP HAVE DROPPED THIS IMPRESSIVELY RETRO VIDEO

With some solid moves from Josh Caffe and Robert Owens!

PJU, the artists also known as Punks Jump Up (whose ‘Call Me’ video we premiered earlier this year), dropped their brilliant ‘Give It To Me’ workout last year.

The track came with a bit of a nuts creation story — involving a night out in London, an after party, and the random occurrence of Josh Caffe and Chicago house legend Robert Owens being good friends.

They’ve just released the official Samuel Clark-produced video (which features some epic hip shaking from both vocalists) and it turns out he went to quite a lot of trouble to get the retro feel for the video, using a variety of analogue gear and a lengthy cutting process to achieve the desired effect.

Arriving on their own Muzik Box Records, with remixes from Vanilla Ace & Barber, Kiwi, Horse Meat Disco and Want More, its out on 23rd October.
