FRANKIE KNUCKLES AND JAMIE PRINCIPLE’S ‘BOYZ!’ TO GET VINYL RELEASE

A collaboration between the late Frankie Knuckles, Eric Kupper, and Jamie Principle will see release later this month. 

Def Mix are to release a collaboration between Frankie Knuckles and Eric Kupper at the end of the month. 

‘Boyz!’ was produced before the Chicago house legend passed away last April but hasn’t seen release until now. The track features the vocals of Jamie Principle, who appeared on Kunckles’s iconic singles ‘Your Love’ and ‘Baby Wants To Ride’. 

The A-Side of the record is a dub version of the track by British duo Farley & Heller. The Director’s Cut, by Knuckles and Kupper, appears on the flip, together with with a ‘Red Zone’ mix from David Morales.

All proceeds from the release will be split between The Frankie Knuckles Foundation and The Frankie Knuckles Fund.
