HUDSON MOHAWKE THREATENS TO RELEASE UNRELEASED KANYE WEST AND DRAKE TRACKS

Scottish producer is pissed he hasn’t been paid...

Scottish electro whizz-kid Hudson Mohawke has threatened to release a zip folder of unreleased tracks he made for Kanye West and Drake because he’s not been paid for his work.

The tweet, which you can see below, has since been deleted – but he has left some of the surrounding tweets up that explains his friends and family persuaded him not to do it.

Mohawke has been heavily involved in producing tracks for Kanye West for a while working on several for ‘Yeezus’, and for the outspoken rappers’ latest opus, ‘Life Of Pablo’, including ‘Waves’, ‘FML’, and ‘Famous’.

The Warp Records producer said that he was talked out of the move by “wonderful friends and family”, realising that he didn't "have the 10 milly to deal w the consequences”.

So it appears we won’t be hearing Mohawke’s wares anytime soon unless “someone actually does thief my laptop n get 3 albums worth of gold”.
