DREXCIYA’S GERALD DONALD TO RELEASE ALBUM AS DER ZYKLUS LATER THIS YEAR

Gerald Donald, best known as one half of the legendary duo Drexciya, will release a new album as Der Zyklus later this year.

‘Renormalon’ will be released through Belgian label WéMè Records. Donald has previously released a EP, ‘Krypton 84’, and an album, ‘Biometry’, in 2004 under his Der Zyklus alias.

WéMè posted a short video preview of the album earlier this month. According to Drexciya Research Lab, who first reported the album’s tracklist, its title is a reference to theoretical physics.

An exact release date for the album has not yet been confirmed, only that it will come out "sometime in 2016”.
