HARDWELL CANCELS ANTWERP SHOW DUE TO RECENT BRUSSELS TERROR ATTACKS

The EDM star says it’s not the right time or place to host the event...

Hardwell has cancelled his upcoming show at Sportpaleis in Antwerp on Friday 13th May due to the recent terror attacks in Brussels.

There is no official comment from the Dutchman as yet, but an email sent out to ticket holders said Hardwell’s camp didn’t think the atmosphere was right to hold the event following the bombings in March.

“To our great regret we have to announce that I AM Hardwell United We Are show in Antwerp, which was scheduled on Friday, May 13th, is cancelled. The prevailing atmosphere surrounding the recent events in Brussels, we have decided that it is not the right time or place to host this event. The I AM Hardwell United We Are World Tour concludes with a final European show we will announce at a later stage. People who had a ticket I AM Hardwell Antwerp thereof will first be informed.”

Hardwell recently played in front of 70,000 fans in Mumbai to raise awareness about the lack of education for underprivileged children living in the slums there.
