This week’s DJ Mag podcast comes to us via Leftwing & Kody, who deliver a punchy live set recorded at London rave cave Studio 338.
Since forming in 2012, Leftwing & Kody (real names Jon Kong and Chris Adie) have been on a steady upward trajectory.
During the last four years the duo have bagged a monthly Rinse FM show, earned themselves residencies at London’s Fabric and Sankeys Ibiza, as well as knocking out consistently brilliant releases for the likes of Hot Creations, VIVa, Knee Deep, Suara, MadTech and their own imprint, Lost Records.
This live recording finds the duo in their element, delivering a crowd-pleasing set of metallic cuts of house and bubbling tech-house, and if you listen closely you can even hear the crowd playing their part too.
