Canada's Tiga is one of dance music's biggest success stories, and should be given a medal for his ability to produce both credible underground dance music, and singalong pop at the same time.
Very few dance artists have the ability to crossover into the mainstream without losing credibility, but Tiga continues to do so.
Tiga's debut album 'Sexor' was released to critical acclaim and his new single 'Far From Home' is all over the radio.
He's also one of the world's most in-demand DJs – his storming electro and techno sets have earned him the respect of the underground – London-based cooler-than-thou DJ Damian Lazarus even recently cited Tiga one of his favourite jocks.

The Scissor Sisters are big fans of Tiga too, and have asked him to warm up for the band in New York this weekend at their two night residency at the city's Bowery Ballroom.
Tiga's new video is also pretty cool, and unbelievably, despite being a dance song, doesn't include any bikini-clad girls using power tools, or running down a beach slo-mo.
Instead it features the smooth talking DJ singing, and skipping along to his funky electro track like a schoolgirl
Arty, farty, and we likey!
