TEN WALLS SPEAKS OUT ON CIRCOLOCO CANCELLATION

Lithuanian DJ dropped after public outcry...

Ten Walls has released a statement regarding his removal from the upcoming Circoloco party at DC-10, saying he understands the decision and will keep making music nonetheless.

The Lithuanian was announced for the line-up yesterday, but both the brand and club came under heavy fire from both DJs and dance fans due to his appalling homophobic outburst on social media last year. Circoloco later announced Ten Walls would not play the show and apologised for any offense caused.

Speaking via Facebook, Ten Walls thanked Circoloco for the booking and revealed the cancellation was due to other DJs refusing to play alongside him. "I do understand the pressure Circoloco has experienced and support their decision," he continues. "Disappointments and anger won’t find place in my life. I will never give up creating and performing my music, that has been everything to me, since I was 5 years old. Keep it up and see you all equalized in upcoming gigs."
