MEET THE 2016 MILLER SOUNDCLASH FINALISTS

Miller SoundClash, with Miller Genuine Draft

It is less than two weeks until the Miller SoundClash Grand Finale at Marquee Dayclub, Las Vegas. So it’s time to introduce the DJs who will be competing for the 2016 Miller SoundClash crown, and a coveted recording contract with Aftercluv Dancelab (Universal Music Latin Entertainment's exclusive EDM record label).

Introducing the Miller SoundClash finalists, in alphabetical order by country...

TIM GIM (ARGENTINA)
Tim Gim is from Buenos Aires, in Argentina. He defines his style as underground, but is looking forward to the challenge of adapting for the Vegas crowds.

SCORSI (BRAZIL)
Sãu Paulo’s, Scorsi, has been DJing and producing music for over a decade and is a regular spinner at some of the best local clubs in his home city.

SR. SACO (DOMINICAN REPUBLIC)
Sr. Saco – real name Heriberto Nuñez – is from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. He traces his love for music back to his childhood, where he would go to parties with his Uncle, who was a DJ in the ‘80s.

GEORGE MARINO (HONDURAS)
George Marino has developed a strong reputation as a DJ and producer in his home country, having performed alongside DJs including Armin Van Buuren and Dash Berlin.

DEMO SANTANA (PANAMA)
Demo Santana says that being selected to represent Panama in the Miller SoundClash Grand Final is the highlight of his career so far! Will it get even better when he touches down in Las Vegas?

AUDIOIKO (PARAGUAY)
With festival gigs in Paraguay and well-charted releases under his belt, Audioiko, is well prepared for his trip to Vegas. He cites KSHMR as an inspiration, and is looking to connecting with the Vegas crowds.Ω

OSCAR BOHORQUEZ (PERU)
Oscar Bohorquez has been a resident DJ at Gothan and Cafe Del Mar in Peru. He has also showcased his bass-heavy sound at Creamfields Peru for the last four years. Next stop, Las Vegas!

JAFFER (TURKEY)
“I am very proud to represent my country in Las Vegas” Turkey’s Jaffer tells us. “Thanks to Miller SoundClash, one of my biggest dreams has come true.” The 32 year old DJ, still considers himself a beginner DJ, yet he has impressed all the way to the final.

IKER AZCUE (WILD CARD - MEXICO)
The DJ Mag Wild Card winner, Iker Azcue, has made a name for himself in the biggest city in the world, Mexico City. As a finalist in 2015’s Wild Card competition, Azcue is determined to make his presence in the Grand Final count!
