Boys Noize took to Reddit earlier this month to answer his fans’ questions  and Alex Ridha didn’t disappoint with his answers, revealing a host of information about his collaborations with Gesaffelstein, Mr Oizo and Skrillex. Here's five things we learned from the Berliner's Reddit AMA.

1. Fresh Gesaffelstein is coming
In one answer the Berlin-based DJ and producer revealed that he had been to Gesaffelstein’s studio in Paris and heard the producer’s latest material which he described as “sounding really good”. He also revealed the two have a great working relationship after Mike Levy produced Boys Noize’s cut ‘Euphoria’ for his last album, ‘May Day’.

2. The Tensnake connection
Alex Ridha revealed in the early years of his career he got a helping hand from Tensnake, he admitted the two Germans were good friends in his teen years and he would got to Tensnake's studio to practice, and credits these sessions as being really important in his development as he was able to produce in “real” studio for the first time.

3. The Purple One
One Redditor asked Ridha who he would most like to collaborate with, both past or present, and the Berliner quickly answered “Prince”.

4. More collaborations are incoming with Mr Oizo as Handbraekes
Boys Noize and Mr Oizo’s collaborative project Handbrakes isn’t over, with Ridha admitting that the duo will be bringing more music out in the coming years. He admitted that the duo worked together on a track that will feature on Oizo’s new album which is set to drop next month via Ed Banger Records.

5. More Dog Blood music is incoming
Another ongoing collaboration is Ridha's work with Skrillex under the name Dog Blood, and while no new original material exists (yet), or is being worked on, the duo do have a new remix of Ridha’s track ‘Midnight’ in the works.
