PIZZA HUT DELIVERS WORLD’S FIRST PLAYABLE DJ PIZZA BOX

Boxes are being hidden in select restaurants across the country...

Not one to be outdone by Dominos and their sterling working delivering pizza to a hungry Artwork on a moving train, Pizza Hut alongside the clever folks at Novalia, who are experts in printed electronics, have created a limited edition pizza box that’s a fully-working DJ controller.

Syncing via bluetooth to your laptop or smartphone, the cardboard pizza box opens flat to reveal a fully-working touch sensitive DJ controller featuring two turntables, a crossfader, pitch control and cue controls.

Apparently the controller works by using clever touch-sensitive conductive ink so it can convert your inputs to your mixing app of choice.

In the video below, you can watch Rinse FM’s DJ Vectra playing with the controller — the box does actually work! Though we don't think Pioneer needs to be worrying just yet.

According to Pizza Hut there’s going be only five available to the public, which being hidden in restaurants across the country as we speak.

To be in with a chance of winning one you’ll need to follow the Hut on Twitter for clues on their location.
