SKRILLEX IS HEADING BACK INTO THE STUDIO WITH RICK ROSS

‘Purple Lamborghini’ isn’t the last we’ll hear from the pair...

Rick Ross has revealed that his Suicide Squad soundtrack collaboration with Skrillex, ‘Purple Lamborghini’, isn’t the last we’ll hear from the pair, as they are already planning on heading back into the studio together.

Skrill and Ross dropped ‘Purple Lamborghini’ in July, ahead of Suicide Squad’s 5th August release date, and before revealing the video for it shortly after. You can watch that in full below.

After the success of the track, Billboard Dance asked Ross whether we will be hearing more from the pair in the future. “You are, you are, you are,” he replied. “Shout out to my big homie Skrillex. I just spoke to him maybe a week or two ago, and we talking about our next collaboration for my project.”

Speaking about ‘Purple Lamborghini’, Ross added, “I love how he took my heavy beat, heavy grimy sound, and he added that electricity in that chorus. As soon as I heard, it I was like, that's it.”

Over the weekend, Skrillex also said that Jack Ü’s recent stint of European dates would be the last for his Diplo collaboration for a “long, long time” in a post on Twitter, before promptly deleting the statement.
