Hot on the heels of 2009’s record breaking Top 100 DJs poll – topped for the third successive year by Armin Van Buuren – we have teamed up with Dutch über label Cloud 9 Dance to present the ultimate Top 100 DJs CD collection.
Over 350,000 unique votes from no less than 236 different countries flooded the DJmag server in 2009 to crown Armin Van Buuren the peoples champion yet again. Although largely bossed by the trance overlords, this year’s poll saw techno entries such as Dubfire, Richie Hawtin and Carl Cox. The house fraternity was well represented with David Guetta taking third spot and Deadmau5 coming in at number 5.
The Top 100 DJs CD represents the ultimate dance music yearbook with 40 tracks from the polls most exciting names seamlessly mixed across two spine tinglingly good discs.
